New Registration
No child can start until the following!
- Online registration form must be filled out completely 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to enter each child into our system.
- Registration and tuition must be paid in full.
- Parents must call and schedule a tour of the center before start date.
- Child/children must be with parent during the tour to meet their teacher.
- No child can come after 10 a.m. (unless for Dr. appointment)
- Children can come during nap time. No Exceptions!
- If your child have discipline issues, special needs, and or allergies etc... We MUST be informed, or we have a right to terminate care.
- We do not accept cash. Only money orders and debit card through our Brightwheel app.
- You may only pay cash or cashapp on a new account that is not set up yet. That is your first week’s tuition and registration. Cash app name: $victorychildcare cash app description = stick girl with a red dress a convenience fee of $4 must be added to cash app for it will be taken off tuition.

What to Bring the First Day
Infants 6 weeks- 18 months
- 2 or more pairs of changing clothes
- Formula
- Baby food/Cereal (if applicable)
- Diapers
- Baby Wipes
- NO Blanket No Crib Sheet
- Ointment (optional)
- Two Baby bottles
- Pacifier (optional)
Toddlers 18 months-35 months
- 2 pairs of changing clothes
- Special milk (If applicable)
- Diapers or Pullups
- Wipes
- Two small blankets (no XL blankets)
- NO pacifier
- No Bottle
3 years old and up
- 2 pairs of changing clothes
- Special milk (If applicable)
- Child must be potty trained
- No sippy cups
- Two small blankets (no XL blankets)
Expectations
- All clothing must be in a gallon size Ziploc bag labeled with the child’s name.
- After child leaves infant room no pacifiers will be accepted.
- Starting at the age of 2 or 2 1/2 we will begin potty training and we ask that you do the same at home. If your child is not trained by age 3 they will not move to the preschool class he/she will remain in the toddler class until they are potty trained.
- We asked that all families bring 2 boxes of Kleenex, 1 hand sanitizer, and 1 can of disinfected or Lysol spray. (with-in the first two week)
- Preschool parents supply list (3 and up): child proof scissors, jumbo crayons & pencils, crayon box, Preschool practice writing tablet, and Elmer’s glue and roll on glue. (within 1st two weeks)
